Our Standard Move Package includes: ✔ 20 reusable moving totes ✔ Delivery and pickup included ✔ 10-day rental period ✔ 20 Room labeling stickers ✔ Inventory checklist No cardboard boxes. No tape. No assembly required. Simply schedule your delivery, pack at your own pace, move, and we'll pick up the totes when you're finished. Cancellation Policy
TOTE-UP Booking Policy To ensure availability, we recommend reserving your tote rental package at least 3–5 days in advance. Reservations are confirmed once payment is received. Delivery dates and times are subject to availability. Customers must provide accurate delivery and pickup information when booking. Someone 18 years or older must be available to accept delivery if requested. Rental periods begin on the scheduled delivery date. TOTE-UP reserves the right to refuse service due to unsafe delivery conditions, inaccessible locations, or incorrect booking information. Cancellation Policy We understand that moving plans can change. More than 48 hours before delivery- Full refund of all payments. 24–48 hours before delivery -Reservation may be rescheduled at no charge. Refunds may be subject to a $25 processing fee. Less than 24 hours before delivery - 50% of the fee becomes non-refundable less any surcharges. Customers may reschedule once within 30 days, subject to availability. After delivery has occurred- No refunds are available. Weather-related or emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Waitlist Policy If your preferred delivery date is unavailable, you may join our waitlist. Waitlist requests are processed in the order received. Customers will be contacted if inventory becomes available. Once notified, customers have 12 hours to accept the reservation. If we do not receive a response within 12 hours, the opening may be offered to the next customer on the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee availability. Late Return Policy Rental periods end on the scheduled pickup date. Additional rental days are available upon request and inventory availability. If totes are not ready for pickup on the scheduled date and time: $15/day Small Move Package $20/day Standard Move Package $25/day Large Home Package Late fees will continue until totes are returned or collected. Damage & Missing Tote Policy Customers are responsible for all rented equipment during the rental period. Replacement fees: Tote: $35 each Lid: $10 each Excessive damage: Repair or replacement cost Normal wear and tear is expected and will not incur additional charges.
