TERMS OF SERVICE

Tote-Up Rental Agreement

By reserving or using Tote-Up rental products, you agree to the following terms.

Rental Period

Rental periods are based on the package selected:

Small Move Package

• 10 Totes

• 7-Day Rental Period

Standard Move Package

• 20 Totes

• 10-Day Rental Period

Large Home Package

• 40 Totes

• 14-Day Rental Period

Additional rental days may be available for an additional fee.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup are included within our standard service area.

Customers are responsible for ensuring totes are accessible during pickup.

Additional fees may apply if:

• Totes are not accessible

• A second pickup trip is required

• Delivery locations are outside our standard service area

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Use totes only for lawful purposes

• Return all rented equipment

• Keep totes in reasonable condition

• Not alter, paint, label permanently, or damage totes

Lost or Damaged Equipment

Customers are responsible for:

Missing Tote

$35 per tote

Missing Lid

$10 per lid

Excessive Damage

Repair or replacement cost as determined by Tote-Up.

Normal wear and tear is expected and will not result in additional charges.

Late Returns

Rental periods end on the scheduled pickup date.

Late fees may apply:

• $5 per tote package per day

• Maximum late fee determined by replacement value

Cancellation Policy

More than 48 Hours Before Delivery

Full refund

Less than 48 Hours Before Delivery

Reservation fee may be non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Tote-Up is not responsible for:

• Damage resulting from improper packing

• Customer-loaded contents

• Delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control

• Indirect or consequential damages

Customers assume responsibility for securing and protecting their belongings during packing and transport.

Service Area

Services are available throughout Brown County and select surrounding Central Texas communities.

Availability may vary by location.

Changes to Terms

TOTE-UP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time.
