How does Tote-Up work?

Simply choose a package, schedule your delivery, and we'll bring clean, ready-to-use totes directly to your home or office. Pack at your own pace, complete your move, and we'll pick up the empty totes when you're finished.

What areas do you serve?

Tote-Up proudly serves Brown County and surrounding Central Texas communities. Additional delivery fees may apply outside our standard service area.

How long can I keep the totes?

Rental periods vary by package:

Small Move Package

• 7 Days

Standard Move Package

• 10 Days

Large Home Package

• 14 Days

Need more time? Additional rental days are available.

Are the totes cleaned before delivery?

Yes! Every tote is inspected, cleaned, and sanitized before each rental to ensure it arrives ready for use.

Their uniform size makes them easy to stack securely, maximizing space in moving trucks, storage units, and your home.

Bonus Tip: Our 27-gallon totes are much stronger than traditional cardboard boxes, require no tape or assembly, and are designed to protect your belongings throughout your move.

Do I need tape or packing supplies?

No tape is needed for our totes. Simply pack your belongings and secure the attached lid.

We also offer optional packing supplies for fragile items.

What if I need additional totes?

Additional totes can be added to any rental package based on availability.

Contact us before delivery or during your rental period.

What happens if a tote is damaged?

Normal wear and tear is expected. Customers may be responsible for excessive damage, theft, or lost totes as outlined in the rental agreement.

Do you offer delivery and pickup?

Yes! Delivery and pickup are included with all standard rental packages within our service area.

Can I use Tote-Up during a home renovation?

Absolutely!

Many customers use Tote-Up totes to temporarily store and protect belongings during:

How many totes do I need?

Small Move Package

10 Totes
Ideal for apartments, small homes, and local moves.

Standard Move Package

20 Totes
Perfect for most 2–3 bedroom homes.

Large Home Package

40 Totes
Designed for 4+ bedroom homes and larger family moves.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment system.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Reservations canceled at least 48 hours before delivery may receive a full refund. Please review our rental agreement for complete cancellation details.

Do I have to be home for delivery or pickup?

We recommend someone be available, but arrangements can often be made for contactless delivery and pickup. Just let us know when scheduling.

Is There a Deposit?

No deposit is required for our any of our rental packages. Full payment is due according to your selected booking and payment method. For large commercial projects, custom rental packages, or extended rental periods, a deposit may be required. We'll discuss any deposit requirements with you before confirming your reservation. Extensions are automatically billed to the card on file.

What If a Tote Breaks?

Our heavy-duty 27-gallon totes are built to withstand normal moving and storage use. Normal wear and tear is expected and will not result in additional charges.

If a tote is accidentally damaged during normal use, simply let us know when we pick it up.

If a tote is intentionally damaged, lost, or cannot be returned, replacement charges may apply.

What If I Need the Totes Longer?

No problem! We understand that moving doesn't always go according to plan.

If you need to keep your totes beyond your scheduled rental period, simply contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to extend your rental based on availability. Additional rental fees may apply for extended rental periods.

We recommend contacting us before your scheduled pickup date so we can update your reservation.

What If I Need More Totes During My Move?

If you discover you need additional totes, just give us a call or send us a text. If inventory is available, we'll gladly deliver more totes to help keep your move on schedule. Additional rental fees may apply based on the number of totes requested.
